There is a product called SCOE 10X which has gotten rave reviews, however I have never had to use it (and hope I never have to face this problem), and another product called Odor Xit which is supposed to be excellent also. Honestly there really is nothing "ll natural" that will take the odor out because vinegar and bleach and hydrogen peroxide just aren't strong enough to eliminate the odor. I hope this has been helpful, and best of luck to you :)
There is a product called OdorCide which is hard to find, but may have to order online. Works on really strong offensive odors like what you are dealing with.
I've also used vinegar and baking soda!
Urine has a live enzyme in it. Sprinkle baking soda liberally on area then saturate with vinegar. Let dry then vacuum. This is the only way I know of that kills the live enzyme.
A solution of half listerine/half water in a spray bottle. The mouthwash kills the bacteria causing the odor. I used this quite often around a toilet used by 3 young boys. Worked very well.
