      It does't bother the light so much as it doesn't charge the rechargeable battery. The light burns bright for several nights, then the next few nights it gets dimmer and dimmer till It doesn't even come on. I replace the battery with a new rechargeable battery and it does the same thing..I'm thinking there isn't enough sunlight getting thru the solar panel to charge the battery. It' a petty light when it burns. The cover over the solar panel has turned yellow and I was wondering if some one knew how to to remove the yellow stain or what ever it is.

    Looks like the non-acetone polish remover in the video works well If it is the same type of fixture
