What is the best way to learn how to use power tools in crafting?

All tool manufacturers have websites, and lots of "how to" videos on them.. and when in doubt, look on You Tube for helpful videos, too. ALWAYS remember to wear safety glasses when you are using power tools!

I would start by watching utube videos. I was lucky, my dad taught me when I was a little kid, but know not everyone has that luxury. You can learn almost anything watching utube!

Home Depot has classes often. Check their calendar in your nearest store. There are also good tutorials online. Check those out, too.

safety equipment is a must. protective eye ware is a must. respirator is must. heavy leather gloves...when working with sharp tools. drills come in different degrees of power. usually electric. the power cords are not real generous- you may need need an extension cord knot the 2 cords together to keep from accidentally unplugged. Drills need "bits" buying them in a package is usually best as apposed of getting the size you need when you need it. you will see an odd sized lump on the power cord this is a chuck...it will adjust the collar around the bit to tighten or loosen the opening. loosen the opening, insert the bit. tighten with the chuck. take a scrap piece of wood and "play" with drilling holes. if you need to drill at an angle there are tools to help with that.

take a class ? They have free ones at hd and lowes. You need to use them safely 😊
