possibly a milo....if it has little itty bitty seeds....milo is a grain common to bird food.
To me it looks like a bindweed, also known as wild morning glory.
I know it's not bind weed --we have it in Nebr..& a horrible weed. ..Over takes everything...has a pretty flower, but that's all. What ever this is ..it looks as tho it's a "good plant!!" Also not milo.

I like the clematis that popped up next to my porch, it likes to wrap around everything! I asked a friend who had a degree in greenhousing and plant stuff.
I meant it looks like my clematis! Lol.
If you can wait for it to flower, an ID will be easy. I thought maybe safflower, there is a spineless variety and since you mentions birdseed....Post a pic when it flowers, inquiring minds want to know!
