You can paint it. Here are some things you can try: Rust-Oleum 7860519 Tub And Tile Refinishing 2-Part Kit, White, Homax 720773 Tub & Sink Brush-On One-Part Epoxy, 26-Ounce White, or Rust-Oleum 280882 Specialty Tub and Tile Spray Paint, 12-Ounce, White. And here are some instructions on how to do it, Good Luck! http://www.itallstartedwithpaint.com/paint-sink-giveaway/
A visit to your local Habitat Resale Store might benefit you for much less than the cost of painting the old sink. I purchased a double white sink for $10.00!
Best of luck.

To paint it properly you would have to remove the sink. It might be cheaper to just replace the sink.
Lowes carries a porcelain epoxy for bathtubs. It should work just fine on your sink.
You can use Rustoleum's Tub and Tile paint to make it white.
Change the color of your grout to a darker color. You can buy grout dye, it's not expensive, but it is tedious to put it on. I did my whole kitchen and utility room floor and glad I did.
Thank you all for your help!
You can buy tub and sink paint, it is not clear what exactly you have now or what type of sink you have, you may want to talk face to face with someone that works like at Menards or Lowes or other home repair store
Thanks everyone!
