Cut them in half, add twine to four corners and make bird feeders. Decorate with scraps of ribbon, fabric and fabric paint.
I would use them as patterns to make new ones if they fit really well.

Wow, never occurred to me to re-purpose old bras! But then, when I hang clothes outside I always put the underwear on the inside lines So no one can see it!
We put them on snowmen/ladies in the winter. Put them in water to get the bra material wet and freeze them to look perky.
