Pressure wash your house.
Power washing is great. I tend to use detergent on my driveway. I pour powdered Cascade on to wet pavement and wait for it to soak up/ break down the sap, then I sweep up the wet mix and finally wash away. This works well. For my house, we use Dawn. It isn't the best, but it works better than anything else we have found.
How about waxing the eves? Or using something like Rainex commonly used for cars, apply that to the eves. 🤔
use a product called wet and forget safe for all surfaces
Go to an auto supply store. They sell a sap remover for use on cars. Sure it would work on your house.
