Can anyone help me identify this plant?

I believe it's called a Wandering Jew plant. My mother in law had one with these same flowers, and when it bloomed you could smell them all through the house.

It's a Hoya.........I have one in my bay window....wove fish line across the top to hold it up. Do not touch the end that is growing...it will follow the light...touch it and it will stop growing....blooms 2x a year for me when the days are 12/12...then I feed it bloom food. It smells heavenly first thing in the am. Don't cut off the blooming tendrils, they stay forever and that is where the flowers come.....some of mine are 2" long. Make sure it is bone dry between waterings. Sometimes a lot of leaves turn yellow and fall off, I don't worry about it. My plant is 30+ years old.

not a wandering jew it is a hoya which is in the jade family. You should repot it when it has out grown the container. Make sure the container has drainage and only use succulent soil.Water when the soil is very dry to the touch only.

THAT IS A HOYA CARNOSA RUBRA VERY HARDY HOUSE PLANT AND CAN LAST FOR YEARS. IT IS A VINE AND MAKES A GOOD HANGINGPLANT

Lucky you ! it is a Hoya. There are thousands of varieties with some curly leaf varieties and the flat leafed carnousa being the most popular. They thrive on abuse and being pot bound is important. Start new plants from cuttings In water or dirt. Never move the flowers or tendrils , new ones will come. Water only when dry , limit any fertilizers. Almost dormant in the Ohio winter while it rests, always green. The variety I have has no daytime odor but I had some houseguests who noticed it has a strong chocolate odor when the sun goes down. The whole thing starts discussions and I always have starts going because everybody wants one. If you give it a little care and occasional water it will vine out and grow as big as you want . Great to train into a ball or wreath shape. Good luck.

Just saw your question about repotting . Mine is over 30 years old . It was flowering and happy I repotted it after about 2 years of flowers. It took 3 years to get it flowering again. Do not make my mistake, the experts say "do not repot". If you want a larger pot set the smaller one in the new pot , keep it pot bound.
