Make a Cabinet to take them, (Book storage - Linen - Bar - Wine or Drinks Cellar? etc.) or Hang them on a wall with a mirror in between them, as a feature in the home or garden.
I've seen them made into window boxes and planted. Does that appeal to you or are you looking for something more decorative in nature?
You could make small benches with the 3' shutters:

And the taller, arched shutters are beautiful! They would look great just hung together on the wall, or you could make them into shelving, like this Ballard Designs example:

Put shelves between the two taller ones to make a beautiful unit for books, knick-knacks, etc. Use the shorter ones as a top for a bench, sides for a small kitchen island, sides for a storage shelf. to frame and indoor window to give it a beachy or cottage look, etc.

Try to paint them in a contrasting color or black or white to stand out against the house paint color. Then hang them just like regular window shutters.
Bedhead would be amazing!
I used some to make a headboard... those would make a great one!!!
Use them to frame sides of mirror then attach old wood upon bottom to serve as shelf
They are beautiful!
I would get a small shed with a window and start covering it with bark and branches and stone like an elf house and use the tall ones for the door and the small ones to close up the window. I would then decorate the inside with stuff that the cats would love to cuddle in and sleep during the winter . There would be a different very small entry for the cats in the back of the house.
Is there any chance you could build shelves into your walls (between studs) and use these as doors for them? You could have them open or closed, as the mood calls for, and either way they would look really nice, especially the arched ones.
I used them inside just as you would outside. BEAUTIFUL
You could hinge the two bigger ones together. Paint a Christmas tree on it . Then hang an ornament on it each day til Christmas. It would sit well in a corner. (For small spaces).
You can hang them on the wall. Endless ideas
