You can try to tea or coffee to dye the spot. Use another piece of fabric to experiment on.

If all else fails, maybe you could make a design on the dress that would hide the spot stain, by using Fabric dyes or Pens or Decoupage with Fabric....................
depends on how dark you dye it.
Before you trash it, you can always treat it with laundry pretreat, and hand wash. Then hang to dry. It may wreck the dress, but it may not.
