I hose mine off and call it a day. What type of pavers do you have? You do not want them to be slick or slippery, especialy in rain or snow.
Power wash and seal w paver sealer
Power wash use wire brush on spots that won't come off with washer and seal.

You can buy cement stain at Lowe's......
Spray some bleach on them in the sun and call it a day!!! Lol
Bingo
If the grass is growing between them, pour or spray them with vinegar! Within a few hours, they will be dead. Power wash or use a push brush broom and either bleach water or Dawn dishwashing detergent with some bleach. Scrub and rinse. Thing is bleach will kill any grass around the pavers.eIf the grass is growing between them, pour or spray them with vinegar! Within a few hours, they will be dead. Personally, I would eliminate bleach unless you rinse with a hose with no attachments.
