Whatever you like goes! If you are into a country look, it's fine. I had a similar scheme, since my bathroom was lavender. They are often seen together in vintage prints. I had yellow, green and purple tones throughout.
Personally I would find a curtain pattern that has the avocado green in it, and other colours. Pick one for the walls and another for accessories. You may just find one with that lilac you like.

Avocado and lilac? Uh, no. I would paint the avocado with white paint, THEN do the lilac.
That is a disastrous way to choose color.
What you need to do is take color chips from the paint store & tape to the shower tile & a duplicate series of the same to the floor. NOT TOUCHING each other. Or stick them to what ever is permanent, not being painted nor removed. As you go walking in & out, out of the corner of your eye, eventually, 1 will irritate the bejebas out of you. remove that irritating color chip. Then remove the next one that irritates you. Keep doing that until you are left with 1 chip. That is the one you like the best. If they all irritate you, remove all & start over with a new batch of colors.
Any pastel to mid tone will work with the green; your lilac, pink, some greens with a bit of yellow in it, yellow, peach. Floral curtains or towels with the lilac/avocado, eyelet or sheer curtains with avocado bows, some floral prints with the lilac/green combo and gold frames. Do you want feminine frou frou or a more modern style? Your accessories can dress it up or leave it more neutral. Have fun!
You must do what feels right for you! Your plan sounds lovely, but my thoughts aren't what matters. Start with your original plan, and if it isn't what you thought it'd be, move to another idea. Settle when you like what you see!
