Paint them and perhaps put a stencil on them. Just check stenciled vinyl floors on Hometalk. There is a post about this.

They look good to me. Why would you want a grouted look? Most marble tiles are not grouted. Even though these are vinyl, they are made to give a marble look.
And just remember, anything painted will eventually wear and have to be redone.
How about painting the molding a dark gray . It will update without painting the tile itself.
