Like starch?
Hello Natalie! It is a simple process. Take a sheet of copy paper and fold it in half. Unfold it and apply Elmer's glue to one side. Fold the paper again so the unglued side comes together wuth the glued side. Do this rather slowly to ensure that there are no air bubbles between the two sides . Then you'll want to fold the half sheet of paper in half so that you are now looking at a quarter of your original sheet. Again, unfold it and put Elmers glue on 1/2 of your half sheet . Then bring the two sides together slowly so as to illuminate any air bubbles. Place a heavy object on top to ensure that it dries smoothly -- let it sit overnight . You should have hard paper in the morning.
elmers glue and water. Mix well.
I understand the directions but what is the purpose of this project? Natalie did not give the dimensions of the paper she wanted so what would one do with a piece of hard paper little more than 2"?
it depends on the project
