Stand metal ironing board (without cover) against wall and use "S" hooks inserted in metal and attached to back of wreaths.
Clothing racks are a good base.
drape them with sheets, netting , or cording and use drapery hooks to hang the wreaths.
Washing line or Trellis.
An 8 foot step ladder, opened, with wreaths displayed on both front and back and both sides. Suspend with hooks, string, nails/screws. Paint the ladder a bright color if it is going to be used for this purpose again and/or wind fairy lights all around the ladder. The top step can hold a sign or price list or your brand name. The fact that a sideways view of a step ladder looks like a tree shape can only add to the holiday feeling!
I've seen people use a pegboard with hooks. It's effective and looks pretty if you paint the board.
