Most oven spray cleaners will work. Take the pans outside, but you can spray the rings quickly where they are (if they are removable, take them out too.) Then lay a plastic wrap over it to keep the odors from permeating the room the whole night.
start by removing all loose particles then soaking in hot water for about 10-15 minutes. Again remove as much crud as possible, scrub well. Mix a solution of liquid dish soap and baking soda equal parts, you should have a foaming paste. Slather that on and be generous covering all the cruddy areas. Put all the rings and pans into a plastic garbage bag or you can use the smaller bags you get from the grocery store. Tie it closed and let sit for an hour or so. Check them after an hour and if more time is needed leave them sit longer. Otherwise remove scrub and rinse with hot water. You should have nice clean pans and rings.
Good luck.
