I have a basic plain Jane closet door. I want to match it up to my bedroom door which is a knotty pine . Any suggestions on how to get a wood grain look or other look for my closet?

For about $30 you can add knotty pine paneling to the front of the door. Paint the door the darkest knot color. Glue paneling to door using contractor's glue. Use wood edging on the edges. You will have to stain or use a 1 part paint to 1/2 part watered down bit of the paint to "stain". You can also use

Wood veneer. Use contractors glue to adhere. The veneer will cost less and will not add bulk to the door itself.
