Try a microfiber cloth and Dawn liquid detergent. It is great on grease.
409 will also cut through that grease.
I would absolutely use 409 as well. Great product.
Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser trully is awesome. I get the kitchen gloves, and the round plastic scrubbies.
Magic eraser, abracadabra, it will disappear.
if you dont want to go out tonight..try applying a paste of baking soda and warm water. apply and let dry. remove with a clean damp spounge. or 1 cup white vinagar, liquid soap 1 or 2 drops , 1 Tbs baking soda , warm water. add the vinagar, few drops of soap, and baking soda to a spray bottle fill with warm water. shake to mix all, spray and use.
Hand to answer with out knowing what the backsplash is made of. My favorite cleaner is heated vinegar with equal part of dishwashing detergent. Try on small spot first.
