Did you try vaccumming? Or, tweezers might work.
Use a potato cut in have and dab the broken glass.
Is there a false back? I would just spread newspaper, empty the cabinet carefully, and use vacuum cleaner attachments to vacuum out the glass and mirror bits, or dampened paper towels. Wash everything that was in the cabinet carefully, and replace. Then decide whether or not to replace the mirror.

Maybe try to use a putty knife and get underneath to pry them off.
