Can I glue the piece to the floor,instead of prying the tile out and replacing it? If yes, what kind of glue do I use? It's a 12"X12" ceramic kitchen floor tile. Thank you.

Epoxy.
If you have extra tile, I would replace it. Pry it off, then clean the surface well to get off the glue. The new tile should have it's own glue after you peel the back off. Good Luck!
