Make a metal or wooden tree and hang them from the branches. I do not know how big your windchimes are so I do not know if this would work. :) Good luck. Post us a picture of your final decision please.
How about using a dollar store hula hoop. You can cut it down if it's too big for your area. Then use string or something pretty to hang it with a small metal ring. (you know, like a hanging a wind sock....) Then hang all your wind chimes from it. You could really decorate the hoop any way you want.
My first thought was a coat rack, if you can find one (or make one) with longer hangers.
Or an upside down wire plant hanging basket, or wire fruit basket, or colander.
Make a mobile, like they have for a baby's crib , use doll rods .
