Not sure if you want the ends or front of the balcony screened, but in either case I suggest you do searches on this site and others for "drop cloth curtains" and/or "patio curtains" . Also, you could use plants and I'm sure you'll get a lot of other suggestions too. Someone also did a screen using macrame.
