Hello Klepper, Posted below is a link that tells you how to clean rust off light fixtures (whether athrrom, living room, basement, etc). Just be sure to do this during the day, as you will need to turn off the electricity to that light fixture.

If they are not a painted surface, 0000 steel wool and there are chemical rust removers available also.
