Are your yellow stains from sun shinny thru a window on to your floor? If so, there’s no way I know of or ever heard of fixing this without replacing your flooring. I have the same problem in my laundry room where the sun beats thru a door window on my vinyl floor and has sun faded the floor a yellow tint. why I asks if your having the same issue?

We have that issue in our bathroom, but it is from where the linoleum meets the tub, I think it is from water getting into the linoleum where it is cut to meet the tub and it seems to be under the top layer and I still can't figure out a way to change that. Hubby wants to put in vinyl plank flooring in the bathroom instead of roll linoleum. Ours looks like it has been down a long time. Our son bought the house three years ago and it looked the same when we moved in. That's what happens when people don't make sure the shower curtain is closed adequately.
My hack: Soak patches of cotton T-Shirt material in straight bleach. Place the bleach-soaked patches only on the stain. Then place a glass or glass bowl to cover the area. Leave for about 2 hours, checking after each hour - leave on longer as needed; wash and dry the area after the stain has disappeared. Be sure to use proper ventilation if treating multiple stains at once.
Warning: Test a small, obscure area before continuing further. Also, leaving the bleach too long could dull the surface of the linoleum, thus the importance of taking a test run, with frequent checking. I discovered this trick when trying figure out how to remove a splatter of dried hair color dye from my shiny, off-white, vinyl bathroom floor...has worked every time!
Note: I have diluted the bleach with soapy dish water in the past but found that it took longer to work. FYI, my floor is covered with 'inlaid' vinyl...don't know if the type of linoleum matters.
