Go to the home store get a product called level quick it's mixed with water in a bucket and then you pour it on the floor let dry and it will level out
We tore up our carpet in three major rooms to stain the concrete. On one room we used self-leveling cement. Although I told the husband to mix in batches, he used the whole bag at once. Bad idea! It did work, but you have to work quickly or you will get streaks and divets and then it looks 'bumpy' after it dries. It is time consuming, but work in small batches, doing a six foot by six foot area at a time. Make sure you spread out a thin layer and smooth the overlapping edges. It did work and was way less expensive than other forms of flooring options.
