Move the refrigerator. Cut out the damaged floor and remove. Replace the floor with new wood.
Use wooden shims under legs of fridge
My relatively new refrigerator has adjustable screws on each foot to level it in spite of an uneven floor.
Many refrigerators have adjustable feet.
You may want to stabilize the fridge instead of adjusting the floor itself. Here's a video on how to do that! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lthMEf4MJx4
The feet of the appliance do adjust, if not, use shims to level it.
Adjust the legs on the refridgerator - much easier!
