Have you tried go be gone? I've had luck with putting hot water inside the bottle and lying it in hot soapy water
Warm it up by sitting it out in the sun (even on a windowsill), hot water, or even a blow dryer. The heat loosens it up, I sprinkle baking soda on it, work it in, and scrub it off.

I use vegetable oil or peanut butter .Wipe it on and let it set for a few minutes. Hope that it works for you.
What kind of glue? From a label? Try a kitchen oil, or peanut butter.
