question is cut off
I think that the rest of your questions has been cut short
You can purchase a sealer, to prevent the weather from ruining your deck. Start with a hose and a deck brush, (this is a brush with a long handle), and some mild detergent. Wash it, then rinse good and let it dry completely. Whatever sealer you use, it will have the directions on the can. I believe that depending on the type of wood you have, and has it been treated before it was constructed. Go to Homedepot or Lowe's, in the paint department, and look at the different kinds of sealers. See which one is right for you. Also ask for some help with your choice.
