Move a fridge?

The space between Wall and fridge is 18 in.
Above about 2 feet to ceiling.
But the side will need to pull out to fit trash can.
And some how build shelf above trash to store blender, extra baking pans.
We have a valley kitchen little space, need to have clean look.

Build a shelf from corner, counter height, leaving bottom open for trash can. Extend up to top of fridge adding a cabinet the width of the fridge, with doors, then down the other side either straight to the floor to surround fridge. You will need a couple inches for fridge to get some air. Good luck!
