You can try castor oil, dish soap sprayed on your yard before investing in poisons and whatnot. http://www.greenviewfertilizer.com/articles/voles-moles/
A stick of spearmint gum in the hole with do away with the devil. Been there, done this, you have my sympathy. Even my killer cat couldn't keep up with them!! And he tried REALLY hard! Good luck!
Hello Moonbeamsandfaeries16 :) Getting rid of them naturally means making your yard inhospitable to the things that draw them there ;) Take away the food source and they will find somewhere else to go; otherwise you can try live trapping them, or killing them with poisons, etc. Below are a few links you should read over to gain as much knowledge as possible (to defeat the enemy you must KNOW the enemy... in detail) ;)

Good Luck Moonbeams, and thanks for asking HOMETALK for help. ;)
I don't have any moles. My cat kills (but doesn't eat) them.
I read that if you put a garden size windmill near their holes, they will take off. It said that since moles travel by sliding on their bellies, they cannot tolerate the vibrations given off by the windmill.
