    Soak it in the sink with some hot water and dish liquid, let dry in dish rack, replace or by new ones

    If it is the metal kind, l take out spray with degreaser cleaner and scrub with scrub brush. If still dirty let soak over night.

    if it is metal and not too greasy... spray with de-greaser then wash in dish washer.. for a really greasy one..soak in the sink in HOT water and some ammonia.. use a brush to scrub then rinse and let dry

    I'd spray it with goo gone, let sit in sink with hot water, scrub with brush and dish soap, rinse, repeat if needed. Best of luck.
