I would think so, or you'll have sparkles all over the place. Call the craft store, and ask what you need, or call Homedepot, and ask for the paint department, the'll help you.
Putting craft glitter into the grout is not recommended. Grout is tricky enough to work with to get it to adhere properly, and to set firmly. By adding a foreign element to the grouting, you are inviting problems. As soon as it starts coming off, it will get into everything, and be frustrating to try to keep controlled.
Perhaps you are confusing the sparkle look with the flecks that are sometimes seen in epoxy finish on garage floors? This is not craft glitter.
If you want bling, then add sparkle light fixtures, or blingy accessories.
