No! that is because it is an old mirror and the mercury backing has now gone.

It will need to be replaced. Contrary to popular, don't ever use window cleaner or other cleaning products on a mirror. Don't let water/fog remain on a mirror. It will wick up the back and damage the silver. Use a damp cloth to clean and dry immediately.
It is done for.
The mirror is going "blind" and will need to be re-silvered. They sell DIY kits, I personally prefer a professional to do the work.
