Is there a way to disguise air bubbles ?

Is there a way to disguise air bubbles in a concrete leaf after it has dried? I have tried extra paint but no luck

Make a slip of concrete, you can buy premade, and fill them in by pouring a light coat over the piece and use a brush to work any excess over the rim. Next time agitate the piece to allow bubble to come to surface, you can use a sander on the sides of the mould, and then blow on them or use hair dryer to pop.
PS. lightly dampen the existing piece with water before applying slip, you could also use a bonding agent.
