Call Copper Chef and ask them.... if they blow you off.... put the question out on Twitter or Facebook... bet they help then.

Do you mean when you are cooking something in it? When I first got, I had to adjust my cooking temp a bit lower, and not using spray oil which causes stuff to stick.
Yes, I use soft scrub with a dishrag to clean it...talk about false advertising!
Return it for a refund. Cheap thin metal with a ceramic copper infused surface. Heat is the killer. Too much will make food stick. Piece of garbage.
I had the aqua-gray coloured ones that came out a few years ago with the ceramic surface. They were junk, everything stuck. Everyone I knew that had one, experienced sticking and scratching.
