a certain amount of movement is needed for expansion and contraction... happens in all "wood" type floors but that usually happens around the edges (which is covered by molding) If your laminate is moving... it may not have been installed correctly... some require nailing thru the "tongue" where it won't show. You may have to pull it up and re-install it... check with your floor's manufacturer... to find out.
