How can I whiten my new cotton towels?

I washed my new white cotton towels with some new dark green towels. Now the white ones are a yucky pale green and the label says "Do not bleach." I did not dry them in the dryer, but hung them around the house to air dry.

Rit dye remover is gentler than bleach and gets the unwanted dye out.

Wash them in Rit Dye Remover.

Try Oxy Clean and see if that helps

Ditto. If that doesn’t work, use OxiClean. If that doesn’t work, use bleach. What do you have to lose? 😇💞

Dye transfered to the towels. I agree with Rit Color Remover. It will remove all color. In the future use 1/3 bottle of hydrogen peroxide when you wash them. Most oxygen based cleaners are peroxide based. Wash all my whites with it. Come out cleaner, whiter and doesn't damage the fibers.
