I used a water bottle and sprayed the wall and than took my hair blower and that lifts the wall paper right off. Just give the paper a min to soak .
Spray it with water or water mixed with a little fabric softener - water should be warm. Give it a few minutes and try scraping again. Should be much easier.
Take a hand saw and scrape the teeth over the backing. to score it. You want to score the backing, but not deep enough to cut into the wallboard. Dampen it with a warm vinegar/water mix and it should be easier to remove.
have you tried soaking the walls with a water/fabric softener solution first before scraping?
There is a spray on gel remover you can buy at home improvement stores. It softens the adhesive. Read the directions in the store and buy whatever tools they suggest on the bottle. They usually suggest a scoring tool that is worth the cost and effort. Much easier than trying to use a handsaw.
Put some dish soap in that squirt bottle, soap makes water wetter. If you want to score the wall first just use an old putty knife. Let sit for awhile and go for it.
