The easiest way is with a steamer. You can also try scoring the wallpaper and applying fabric softener mixed with water letting it soak and scrape it off.
If it is really stuck - no easy way. Lot's of elbow grease and spraying or applying hot water to let the glue loose. It is a tedious job that takes time and patience. Good luck!
The easiest way is to hire someone - and I'm not being sarcastic. Removing wallpaper is a LOT of work, like Cindy said above. Good luck!
Wet it thoroughly. Hopefully it was not applied directly on drywall without any prep.
Try peeling before you try scoring.
Sell the house.
I usually pull off the vinyl coating (most wall papers are vinyl coating over paper backing). In a spray bottle, mix warm water and maybe a tablespoon of Downy or fabric softener. Spray on the paper backing stuck to your wall. Allow about 10 minutes for the water to soak in...it gets a little darker as it hydrates. Take a putty knife (nothing sharp, or you may gouge the wall) and try to lift up a corner or edge. Usually it will peel off. Most likely, you'll have to rinse the wall with a sponge, to remove any fabric softener that got on the wall. Allow the wall to dry, then on to your next step!
There are several ways. You can score it and use a wall paper removal formula then scrape it. You can use a steamer (easiest), and scrape. It's theres a lot, I would invest in a steamer.
