There is a bush called "burning bush" that turns very red in the fall. It likes the sun so the more sun it gets the redder it gets. Some seem to turn red earlier than others though. You can "Google" it for more details.
I know only if the Cotoneaster bush/shrub. As Fall goes on, they turn red and redder. Beautiful. :-)

Here in Western NY, we call the most common one "Burning Bush." A Garden Center should know its technical name.
The dogwood has beautiful red twigs throughout the fall and winter. One of my favorites.
