I've been looking for about 20 min. now, using different search terms but so far haven't been able to find this exact one. It looks like she painted these and used possibly a white wash to give the marbleish look. Or she might have sponge painted the white over the top of the blue. She put a sturdy pot upside down on the bottom of the large one then put the smaller pot on top of that to stack them. Does that help you?

Hmmm, I think I found it, but while this exact picture is there, it looks like these were purchased pots if you look at the last picture. This picture is the second from the bottom and has another picture next to it. Look at this and you'll see what I mean.

All you need is a plain pot of the right height to turn upside down in the bottom pot, then place your second fancy pot on top of that.

It looks like Ficher Luce found it too and faster than I did. We're all here to help so I'm glad we got it. Have fun!
