You did not say what kind of heat system you have, but if it is forced air coming out of vents on the floor, you can purchase vent deflector covers.

You could put Velcro on the bottom of your blinds and your window sill. I would put the fuzzy side (loop) on the sill because the hook side can catch more hair and dust.

That way you can attach the bottom of the blinds to your window sill but still raise your blinds if you want.

Go to a home improvement store and look for winterizing window kits. Seal them up and the warm air cannot "go out the windows." They only cost around $10 each and are easy to put up, can be reused and only require a blow dryer to make a tight fit.

I would try the vent deflector. They sell just about any home improvement store

Get some vent covers that will push the air out at the bottom, if your vents are on the floor of course.

Thank you but we do have those but the heat still goes up the blinds to the window. Can't move the bed either. Window ceil sticks out a little so can't redo that. Bummer
