It's been here since I can remember being a young child. Gives great shade too

This is a ginkgo biloba tree I think.
Take a branch with leaves to your local county ag extension or a local nursery. Most likely they can identify it for you.
Chinaberry tree. There's one in my driveway.
I grew up in Bermuda and we had the same tree in the photo (the one with the purple flowers and yellow berries). It‘s called a Pride od India in Bermuda.
