I would not ingest any oils as you are not sure of the purity.
Essential oils are usually very concentrated. I would not ingest them unless they are diluted and even then, some are not meant to be ingested.

You need to check on each one. some are and some are not.
I use and sell Young Living Essential Oils, they have a line that IS safe to ingest and I do on a regular basis, but not all oils are created the same. If you would like more information, feel free to send me a message!

Most should not be. An the one's you can i still would not trust.! Unless you abstracted the oil's yourself? So meny fake ones selling these days. Best to do your research on the ones you can. As some folk swear by them.
Hi Margaret, no do not ingest essential oils, they can be added to other mediums and used in diffusors, or on skin once diluted with a proper medium such as aloe gel or other mediums like a baby oil, etc. Hope this link helps you out.
