Use spray paint for plastic.
Coat
Have you tried sealing it with clearc
That’s a clearcoat
Use Rustoleum or Krylon spray paint, applying tow light coats allowing it to dry in between, once completely dry seal it with a clear spray sealer
First you need to sand the surface so that it is not smooth and slick. Use a fine grit paper. You do not want to feel that it is rough though. Second make sure you are using paint made for painting plastic. Good luck
Use ESP primer first........
NO PRIMER! The plastic paint actually melts and bonds with the plastic on a molecular level. Several light coats as with any spray paint.
