Using the paper tiger perforation tool and commercial wall paper remover has always worked for me.

Well, if it wasn't stuck it wouldn't have been a very good job, would it?

All tool rental places rent wallpaper steamers. It is the fast way to go. You could also try wetting the old paper with a sponge and water then waiting for a half hour or so before attempting to peel the wallpaper off.

Compassion has made me reach out! My sincere condolences on the wallpaper removal project. All of the comments so far are good ones. I'm just sayin' having MANY times removed MULTIPLE LAYERS of wallpaper (old glue, modern glue, all of it) the key ingredient for stripping wallpaper is PATIENCE. I've used every product out there, every device, and it still all boils down to the medium (plain water, expensive stripper, steam, doesn't matter) soaking into the adhesive. That takes time. Period. So my advice is have a good book, or some other task, at the ready for your wait times. Enjoy them. It makes the whole undertaking so much more bearable and even relaxing in a zen sort of way. All my best with the project!

Sad to say but it does require patience to do this job! I found removing old wallpaper to be one of the worst jobs I have ever done! Soak it well with the stripper I used a spray bottle to apply it. To keep yourself sane break the job into sections and celebrate each achievement ✌️
