You have ample space to install a sturdy curtain rod above the windows. What length do you need? 84" or longer?
There are supports for long rods that you can place at a point that won;t affect the over all closing of the drapes. That 4th window could be incorporated in the whole drape with an individual curtain that could be tied into the larger one at that 2 ft. wall section you metion.
If the curtains are too short to meet in the middle add another panel or two, use the pleat hook in the corner of two panels to join them. If you can't find the same color panels, get enough sheers in a contrasting or coordinating color for the middle, and move the one light panel out to the corner with the window that is farther away.

or you could add Roman or Austrian Shades in the middle.
Would rods fit inside the windows? Top n bottom, or get creative n put one midway n could put a solid curtain attached to middle n bottom, then put a long flowy curtain on top bar??!
