Check up in the attic to see if the ceiling joist goes across the whole house, not just the room You want to remove the wall from. You should probably hire a contractor to check this out for you, safer.
If you have any doubt, consult a professional!
Depending on how large an opening will be, if done to code with proper heading support, there should be no problem even if it's load bearing. Just make the opening like any doorway or window on an outside wall. They are also load bearing.
A concrete wall is built strong enough to take load any wooden wall will rotten and need strengthing
All outside walls are load bearing. I would be more concerned with any electrical, ducting or plumbing from looking at your picture if it is the one behind the cabinet.
Depending on the house it could be a sheer wall also so yes I would consult a professional
