We have used this paint on many different surfaces......with very good success.Has anyone out there tried it on walls.......even over wallpaper?Thanks.

sounds like a decoupage project. there is glue for that.
Use Mod Podge and follow directions for decoupaging it. Should turn out beautiful.
Mod Podge the designs and then use a water-based polycrylic to seal it.
Use Mod Podge or watered down PVA (Elmer's) glue to glue the paper down. I would not use shellac as it does yellow over time. Lacquer is your best choice for a table top that will get some use and remain waterproof.
I would modpodge it onto the table and then do a crystal clear epoxy top coat over it when its dry.
