How to treat ringworm on a cat. Our farm cat seams has a small patch b
Does anyone know what I ca use that will clear it up. Thanks

Suellen Hintzon Jan 5, 2018ringworm is fungal, I think. You need an antifungal. Can you order online? Just be sure it's safe for cats. Can you not take the kitty to a vet?HelpfulReply

Linda Sikuton Jan 5, 2018I agree with Naomie and Suellen, it is a fungal infection and really should be treated by a Vet. If you try an anti-fungal ointment that is not the correct dose for the cat, it could make it worse. I hope this helps you. Wishing you the best.HelpfulReply

- Fiddledd224on Jan 7, 2018Cats with ringworm may have underlying diseases that may have made them more at risk for this fungal infection. Usually a minor case can be treated with antifungals....but you really should see a vet not only for this cat but to protect your other farm animals.HelpfulReply
